Rob Finnerty is a Morning News Anchor and Reporter in Market 11 Tampa, Florida at WTSP 10 News. In 2017, he was part of a groundbreaking team that launched a first-of-its-kind Morning Show with a completely new format and a brand new 'newsroom-based' interactive studio. The format is unlike anything in local Television, and could prove be the testing ground for how viewers consume local news. Before moving to Tampa, Finnerty was an Anchor/Reporter in Market 33 Kansas City, MO, and he Co-Hosted the Lifestyle Show 'Better Kansas City.' He has also worked as a Morning News Anchor/Reporter at KBAK/KBFX in Market 128 Bakersfield, California and as a Sports Anchor and Reporter at New England Cable News/NBC in Boston, MA. In 2008, he was the youngest sports anchor in the City of Boston – at 25, he covered the World Series, Super Bowl & the 2008 NBA Finals.
